Collaborated with a team to build the official QHacks 2026 website and Hacker Dashboard, processing 600+ applications and serving 250+ concurrent users during the event. The platform handled everything from applicant management to real-time event logistics, including live scheduling, QR-based check-ins, meal tracking, workshop registration, and competitive leaderboards, ensuring a seamless experience for participants, organizers, and sponsors.
